Delivery Schedule
All goods are delivered via the Royal Mail with their standard parcel post service or Parcelforce and usually delivered to your address within 3 to 5 working days. If you would prefer next day delivery by courier service than this can be arranged, please e-mail us at info@vroomkids.co.uk for our current prices for this service.

On bulkier items such as the 2 Seater jeeps delivery will be undertaken by TNT. If an item is delivered through 24 hour post and the customer not does not receive the item in the given time due to delay by the courier company we will endeavor to get a refund from the courier, however if we cant obtain this from them unfortunately no refund will be given from vroomkids.co.uk. If a courier company has tried to deliver the item but have not found anyone to take delivery then it will become the customers responsibility to pay for any re-delivery charge incurred (if any).

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
